Women and Men beyond Conflict

Three days of conferences, workshops, and events focusing on existing Peace Societies, examples of egalitarian communities where violence against women and children, much less war, exists.

Interview with Ake Dama and Najin Lacong (Italian)
The two representatives of the Moso people were interviewed during their visit to Turin for the conference “Indigenous Cultures of Peace.” They spoke about their ancient matriarchal and matrilineal society and daily life in the villages of Yunnan, China, bordering Tibet.
